Newspaper and Cardboard bail breakers create large amounts of fine dust due to the nature of their operation. Dry Fog can be injected into the breaker to agglomerate the dust as it is being generated, before it can escape into the building.  In addition, truck tippers and transfer points downstream can also be fogged to reduce dust to acceptable levels.
