Using Dry Fog at Coal Crushers to replace dust collection and chemical spray systems has netted excellent results.  Besides increased dust control, plants report O&M Cost to be up to 4 times lower than collection.  With Dry Fog there are no bags to change, no duct-work to maintain, no secondary explosive waste stream to deal with and energy consumption is much lower.

The same is true at screening systems, where Dry Fog can be used without creating material flow problems often associated with chemical spary systems.  Since Dry Fog wets the airborne dust, not the coal ore, it will not blind your screens.
