Beaufort, SC – December 3, 2015 – Dust Solutions, Inc. today announced the launch of the ReNo®, retractable nozzle adaptor, the newest addition to DSI’s existing fogger assembly line. This new, patent-pending technology was designed and engineered to address the ongoing challenge of material buildup on equipment that plant operators and maintenance technicians encounter during operation and system downtime.
The fogger assembly functions as part of an automated system that works in two simple steps. When the system turns on and air pressure comes on for the fogging nozzle, the nozzle automatically moves forward out of the protective barrier. Conversely, when the fogging system shuts off, the auto-retraction sequence begins, encasing the nozzle inside of the chamber. On the end of the chamber is a durable barrier which allows the nozzle to retract and push out easily, and has the dual purpose of protecting the nozzle and also cleaning the material off of the nozzle as it moves through the cross-slits.
